Primary Purpose: As the Customer & Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for creating the strategy, leading the execution and developing smarter ways to connect with our customers through data, segmentation and personalisation. Key Responsibilities: Create a roadmap for lifecycle communications across email and SMS. Analyze customer behaviour, transactions and preferences. Work with Marketing analytics and eCommerce teams to build CRM reports. Build customer segments based on value, behaviour and lifecycle stage. Use segments to test and launch more relevant campaigns. Support the briefing process and guide messaging based on audience and goals. Partner with business teams, Retail and Ecommerce, to support in-store Clientelling, align campaigns with site behaviour or perform customer reactivation. Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical skills – comfortable with performance data and testing. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related disciplines 3 - 5 years specialist CRM experience, or strong AI experience Experience building customer segments and personalization strategies. Clear, practical communication style with marketing and technical teams alike. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel or AI tools.
